"Refund was straightforward enough"
I was a little unsure at first about how the refund would go, but the policy was actually clear. I got my money back after a few days, so that part was fine. The exchange rules did feel kind of strict to me, though maybe I just didn’t read everything closely enough. Support explained it well when I asked, so overall it was an okay experience.

"Kind of hit or miss"
The talent felt uneven to me. A few people were genuinely great and kept me interested, but others just didn’t seem as prepared or confident. I was watching while drinking a lukewarm coffee at my kitchen table, and I remember thinking the whole thing had some strong moments, just not consistently enough.

"easy way to find a show in chicago"
i used secondcity while planning a trip to chicago, and it was straightforward. the menu was easy to follow, the dates loaded quickly, and i could see ticket prices without having to dig through a bunch of pages. checkout was simple too, which i always appreciate. i also liked that the seating info was clear enough to understand on my phone. no real complaints — it just did what i needed it to do

"Pretty Good View, With a Few Small Annoyances"
I had a good night overall. The stage was easy to see, even though we were off to the side, which was a nice surprise. There were a few moments where people’s heads got in the way, so that was a little frustrating at times, but it didn’t ruin the experience. Not perfect, but still enjoyable.

Picking my seat was easy overall, but the seat map took way too long to load. that part was a little ridiculous, but once it finally came up, everything went smoothly

"Really Impressed by the Lighting and Production"
I loved how everything looked, the lighting was beautiful and really added to the whole vibe. The production felt so smooth and well put together, which made the experience feel even more special.

"I took a comedy writing class through Second…"
I took a comedy writing class through Second City and had a really good time. The teacher was genuinely funny and gave notes that actually helped my sketches, not just the usual vague pep-talk stuff. A couple parts moved a little too fast for me, and the website was kinda clunky when I was trying to check dates, which was annoyinggg. But overall I learned a lot and I’d defintely consider taking another class.

"Really Fun and Easy Night Out"
I booked a show through secondcity and had a really good time. The pacing was kinda perfect, nothing felt slow or like it dragged on, but it also didn’t feel rushed. The jokes had enough time to land, and the whole thing moved along really smoothly. Just a super easy, fun night out, and I’d definitely go again.

"Exactly the fun vibe I was expecting"
I went with a couple friends, the place pretty much confirmed what I already thought it would be like. I’d heard it had a fun, lively vibe, and right when we walked in, it felt that way. It’s small enough that you feel close to the stage, but it never felt packed or uncomfortable. The crowd was in a good mood, which just made me more convinced this spot has a great energy. Super easy, fun night

"Surprisingly Clean and Comfortable"
Went to Second City last weekend i was ready to be annoyed if the place was gross. With a packed crowd, I kind of expected sticky floors, weird smells, or bathrooms that needed some serious attention — and if that had been the case, I would’ve expected an apology. But everything was actually really clean. The lobby, seats, and bathrooms all looked well taken care of, which made the whole night feel way more relaxed. Genuinely impressed. 5 stars from me

"Helpful in the end, but slow?!"
I had to reach out to support because of an issue with my booking, the first reply took longer than I expected?! They did eventually answer my question, and the person I spoke with was polite, but I had to follow up once before I got clear info. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of slow. I’d definitely appreciate quicker responses, especially when tickets are involved.

"Bathrooms were easy to find"
Went to a show here and was a little worried the bathroom situation would be a hassle, but it ended up being totally fine. The restrooms were easy to find, clean enough, and there was just something about it that made the whole thing feel low-stress. Didn’t miss any of the show, which was a win. 5 stars from me.

"Fresh, Funny, and Very Chicago"
I really appreciated how the sketches focused on things people are genuinely talking about right now. Not every joke was perfectly polished, but that kind of worked in its favor. It made the whole show feel more authentic, a little gritty, and very Chicago in the best way...

"Helpful box office staff"
The box office service was good overall. I had a question about my tickets and they were able to help me get it sorted without much hassle. The line was moving a little slow when I first got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were friendly and seemed willing to help, which made the whole thing easier

"Super Easy Check-In"
We got there a little early and check-in was really quick. The staff scanned our tickets right away and pointed us in the right direction, so there wasn’t any confusion at the door at all. It made the start of the night feel really smooth. Did anyone else have the same easy experience, or was check-in busier later on?

"Really solid sound overall"
The audio comes through really clear, and I haven’t had any annoying dropouts or weird background noise so far. I guess if I had to nitpick, it’s not the most mind-blowing thing ever, but for everyday use it’s been really smooth and reliable.

"Nice instructor, but a little uneven"
I took a class here and, I mean, the instructor was really nice, so that was a plus. Some parts were actually fun, but other parts felt kind of rushed and I wasn’t totally sure I was keeping up. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I guess I expected a little more help along the way.
